We run term time only classes, your booking is continuous and set up as a subscription. We don’t operate as term bookings. Instead our booking system will charge you monthly, for the lessons we have in that month. (paid in advance)
The first payment is on booking, then monthly automatic on the 1st. you’ll also set up a parent portal with payment details. From here you’ll be able to view your booking details and track your child’s progress and badges.
How do we cancel = a full paid months notice is required to cancel your subscription. (holidays do not count as notice, August for example as it’s unpaid)
Written notice is required 4days before the 1st of the month,
you want to use as your months notice.
example = February as your months notice we would need in writing before 28th January.
Badge and certificate can be purchased at £4.50 you will be notified via your parent portal when your child has achieved one. purchase is optional
